Need-Based Scholarships for Camp

Camp T offers need-based scholarships for camp in the form of full or partial “camperships.” The campership fund is for campers whose families demonstrate financial need (it is not a merit-based scholarship). For most of our funding sources, eligibility is based on qualifying for free or reduced lunch according to the federal guidelines for school lunch.

If you would like to apply for financial aid, please complete a campership application here. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, beginning after March 1. Our committee meets to review applications monthly; you will be notified no later than May 31st regarding funding.

We will continue to accept applications as long as funds are still available. The earlier you apply, the better your chances of getting funds.

If you are applying for campership funding, please do not register your camper for camp until you have received notification of any campership funds that have been awarded. If you register your camper before receiving notification of funding, your deposit is non-refundable.

Campers who have received campership funding in the past are only eligible for funding up to 50% of the cost of camp for future summers (except under exceptional circumstances).

Refer-A-Friend Program

We know that our current campers are our best way to market camp! To thank you for helping spread the word about Camp T, we offer a camper referral program.

• Recruit 1 new camper and receive a free item of your choice from the Camp Trading Post
• Recruit 2 new campers and receive a free store item PLUS a $25 credit to be used in the Camp Trading Post
• Recruit 3 new campers and receive a free store item, $25 store credit, AND $50 off your session of camp
• Recruit 4 new campers and receive a free store item, $25 store credit, AND an additional $100 off your session of camp
• Recruit 5 new campers and receive a free store item, $25 store credit, AND your week of camp is FREE! (regular, one-week sessions only)

Notes: Referrals must be NEW campers who have never attended Camp T in the past. The $25 store credit is not refundable for cash. Siblings do NOT count as referrals.

Early Bird Discount

The Early Bird Discount will be available through the end of the day on November 30, 2024. Early Bird Discounts for the 2025 camp season are as follows: $25 off regular one-week overnight sessions, $10 off day camp sessions, $35 off Super Week, $15 off Mini Week, and $50 off CIT sessions.

Day Camp Multi-Session Discount

Some families choose to use our Day Camp program for all-summer childcare. If you register the same camper for 4 or more full-week day camp sessions, you will receive $20 off each session. If you register the same camper for 6 or more full-week day camp sessions, you will receive an additional $20 off each session. Does not apply to Mini Week day camp (which runs Sunday through Tuesday).

Overnight Multi-Session Discount

Campers who attend more than one overnight session in the same summer receive $25 off each additional session.

Sibling Discounts

Families who send more than 1 camper to Camp T in the same summer receive $25 off each additional child (after the first child) who attends an overnight session or $10 off each additional child (after the first child) who attends a day camp session. To qualify, campers must be siblings who live in the same household (not cousins, aunts, uncles, or other relatives).
