The Early Bird registration deadline for 2021 camp registrations is Monday, November 30, 2020 at 11:59pm EST. If you register and pay your deposit for 2021 by November 30th, you will lock in last summer's (2020) camp prices. There are NO coupon codes or discount codes needed. Only the deposit is needed to secure the Early Bird prices; the remaining balance is due by June 1, 2021. The new 2021 prices will go into effect on December 1, 2020.

Campers who attend more than one session in the same summer get a $25 camp store credit for each overnight session they attend ($10 for day camp sessions and mini camp). This credit will be automatically applied to their store account before your arrival at camp.
Families who send more than 1 camper to Camp Tannadoonah in the same summer get a $25 store credit for each additional child (after the first child) who attends for overnight sessions ($10 for day camp or mini camp sessions). The store credit will be split among your campers' accounts (for instance, if you send 2 siblings, each will have a $12.50 credit on their store account). This credit will be automatically applied to their store account before your arrival at camp. To qualify, campers must be siblings who live in the same household (not cousins, aunts, uncles, or other relatives).
Camp Tannadoonah offers need-based scholarships for camp in the form of full or partial “camperships.” The campership fund is for campers whose families demonstrate financial need (it is not a merit-based scholarship). For most of our funding sources, eligibility is based on qualifying for free or reduced lunch according to the federal guidelines for school lunch.
If you would like to apply for financial aid, please download and send in a campership application. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, beginning after March 1. Our committee meets to review applications monthly; you will be notified no later than May 15th regarding funding.
We will continue to accept applications as long as funds are still available. The earlier you apply, the better your chances of getting funds. Campership funds for 2021 will be awarded for Session 1 (June 13-19) and Mini Week (July 7-10) only. If your camper is not able to attend Session 1 or Mini Week, please contact us and we will try to accommodate.
If you are applying for campership funding, please do not register your camper for camp until you have received notification of any campership funds that have been awarded. If you register your camper before receiving notification of funding, your deposit is non-refundable.
Campers who have received campership funding in the past are only eligible for funding up to 50% of the cost of camp for future summers (except under exceptional circumstances).

Notes: Referrals must be NEW campers who have not attended Tannadoonah in the past. The $25 store credit is not refundable for cash. The free session must be used during the 2021 camp season. Siblings do NOT count as referrals.
